Geoff plays an instrumental role in developing public-private opportunities for Edgemoor Infrastructure & Real Estate in the fields of higher education, aviation, K-12 education, and transportation. Geoff is currently leading development efforts for two higher education innovation projects: the George Mason University Arlington Campus Expansion and the Carlow University Lower Campus Development. He is also overseeing the $1.5 billion New Terminal Modernization project at Kansas City International Airport.

Geoff has led the development efforts and overseen the financial and transaction structuring for a number of Edgemoor’s P3 projects, including the 55-acre Central District Development project for the University of Kansas, the UCSF Sandler Neurosciences Building, the Long and Kimmy Nguyen Building at George Mason University, and the Route 28 Corridor Improvements Project of Fairfax and Loudoun Counties.

 Geoff holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University and a B.A. from Clark University. He is a frequent speaker at P3 conferences, a member of the Urban Land Institute, and was included in the 2018 Kansas City Business Journal’s Power100 List.
